How to order

Please mind our business hours - daily from 8:00 to 18:00, on Friday from 8:00 to 16:00. We accept orders in writing. Please state all your requirements, with a deadline or a time of delivery. Orders can be sent in by e-mail, fax, post, courier, or in person. Delivery Translations can be collected personally in our office or by the above mentioned means. Usual deadline for translations of up to 6 standard pages is 48 hours.

Shortened delivery times are charged extra - please check the price list. ComplaintsIf a complaint is to be made about a translation, it is necessary to present the source text. A client has the right to complain about our services within 14 days. After this time limit it is considered that the work is free of any defect. Kahlen, spol. s r.o. and its translators and interpreters guarantee keeping confidential any information that they obtain in their work.
